[ reki smiles brightly. slowly, he wriggles his way closer, until he can tip his head against the side of qi fang's chest. ]

You were amazing, [ he murmurs, doing the slow, laborious work it takes to reach out and smooth a hand over qi fang's chest. ] You are amazing.

[tongxue]

[ well. if reki's going to put in that much effort... he can't come off looking like a punk here, can he? with a low groan, he shifts until he can work an arm around reki's shoulders, holding him close where he's already tucked himself in. ]

I didn't do shit. [ he hums around a languid smile, eyes falling shut in memory. ] That was all you, baby.

[ reki sighs softly when qi fang's arm closes around him. he does the same, sliding his hand until it's wrapped around his hip, squeezing him—and groaning from the effort that takes.

he manages to be still and quiet for approximately a quarter of a second. ]

You're okay? Does anything hurt?

[tongxue]

[ qi fang, eyes still closed, shifts a little, testing out his hips and — ah, yep, that is definitely a twinge of pain in his ass. ]

Nothing major, [ he still assuages the other. ] Definitely nothing I'm not counting as a point of pride.

[ then he grins, wide and leering. ]

You fucking animal.

That's not what I...

[ reki watches him move, his face turning bright scarlet at the comment. now is as good a time as any to bury his face against qi fang's chest again, turns out. ]

Shut up. That's your fault, fucking fiend.

[tongxue]

[ he snickers, feeling more of his energy return the more he teases the other. like his source of power is somehow directly related to reki's embarrassment. now he's able to roll over, burying a grin against wild tufts of hair. ]

Nah, that was all you, baby.

[rekd]

[ oh, he's well-aware. with qi fang sapping all his energy like the vampire he is, reki puts up the weakest of struggles, huffing. ]

Get off me. I wanna look at your back.

[tongxue]

Ahh, haven't you done enough?

[ more snickering, some playful whining, but never let it be said that qi fang is not a generous boyfriend. he rolls back over a second later, spreading himself out so he's flat on his front. ]

How's it look?

[ his muscles whine about it the whole way through, but he manages to fish under his bed for a smaller first aid kit, check the time while he's at it. they're running a little behind, but fuck it, he can speed to make it up. this is more important.

he takes a look at qi fang's back and frowns, rifling through the box. ]

It looks... Sorry.

[ at least he's good at fixing what he's broken, gentle as anything as he starts cleaning each mark. ]

Never done anything like this before. I got carried away.

[tongxue]

[ qi fang watches reki work out of the corner of his eyes. his smile is a little more muted now that he's settled back down, but it's not lacking in warmth or fondness. ]

Don't be. It was fun.

[ he can definitely feel it now, though, each time alcohol or ointment moves over broken skin. but again — point of pride. ]

Besides it means I get to get you back just as good.

[ reki smiles too—a little more privately, but there's no mistaking the sound of it in his voice. ]

Gonna have to go way harder than you usually do. There's some gnarly shit back here. This one's gonna sting a little.

[ reki rubs the skin around it, though, to get the blood flowing, making the ointment a quick pass in between. once he's got it covered, he presses a kiss to qi fang's shoulder. ]

You look really good.

[tongxue]

Gonna have to sleep on my side tonight at this rate...

[ once he feels reki finish, he rolls onto his side so he can prop his head up with a hand, the other reaching out to rub along reki's leg. ]

You want me to go harder? I always worry I'm gonna hurt you, but you always seem to like it anyway...

[rekd]

I like it a lot.

[ look at this. his face is only mildly aglow. progress, ladies and gentlemen. ]

Believe me, nothing you can do to me is gonna hurt in any way I won't like.

[tongxue]

[ qi fang bites down on his lip, but his grin is still wide, excited. ]

Noted.

[ as tempting as the prospect is to try something now, he's of enough clarity in the mind to know they've got other things to deal with first.

sighing, he gathers himself back up to his feet, slowly starting to rearrange his clothes back proper. ]

Let's get this delivery over with then. I was having this really nice dream my boyfriend was sleeping with me.

[ reki snickers as he reluctantly eases himself off the bed. yeah, okay, maybe they are just making a delivery, but he's not showing up to crazy rock in fucking pajama bottoms. qi fang's shirt, though, that stays. ]

Dope. You oughtta tell me all about it when we get back.

[tongxue]

[ yeah, nah, put on some real pants man. but speaking of dope... ]

Nice shirt. You trying to seduce me?

[rekd]

[ good call. hold please while he climbs into a pair of jeans that could probably house both of them comfortably and leashes it down like a fucking truck on a flatbed. he flashes qi fang a smirk. ]

Dunno what you're talkin' about. I've worn this shirt like nine billion times.

[tongxue]

[ well, at least the shirt doesn't look out of place all baggy on him. ]

Uh huh. No wonder it looks so familiar.

[ qi fang will reach over and give the sleeve a little tug before using that as leverage to pull reki closer. now that they're both fully dressed, he takes the opportunity to sink into a deep kiss, one they couldn't indulge in given their earlier position. he sighs into it, threading his fingers through reki's hair.

then he's dropping his hands, slipping one down to give reki's ass (somehow swallowed up by those jeans) a good slap. ]

Alright, I'm ready.

[rekd]

[ the kiss is so warm and deep and wonderful that reki isn't ready for the slap. which, his bad, honestly. what the fuck else would he expect? still, it leaves him grinning up against qi fang, his eyes narrowing critically. ]

Hold on.

[ he rocks up on his toes for a second and gets his fingers in qi fang's hair, chewing on his lip until it's touseled and curled just the way he likes it. which just makes him want to kiss him again, a lip-suckling, loudly-smacking kiss that he retreats on. ]

There. You bring your board?

[tongxue]

[ qi fang makes a face the entire time, but it's half-hearted and not really indicative of any real annoyance. truthfully, he likes it when reki fusses over him. it's one of his many charm points. ]

Yeah... But I thought we were driving?

[rekd]

Yeah, but we gotta get to our ride first.

[ reki catches qi fang by the edge of the pocket, just to have something to hold on to while he opens up the window and cranks down the ramp. a quick glance at his phone and the numbers on the screen alert him to the fact that they have to get going, now.

he gestures to the shiny new board against his wall. this one isn't even charbroiled. gorgeous. ]

Pass me my baby. Careful with her; she's sensitive.

[tongxue]

[ there's an exaggerated pout on his lips as he passes reki his board, after of course sparing a moment to look it over, impressed. ]

Here I thought I was your baby...

[rekd]

Let me paint you and cover you in vinyl next time I take you for a ride and we'll see.

[ reki flashes him a smirk before he disappears out the window, cradling his board with extra care all the way down. ]

Let me get back to you on the vinyl part...

[ fortunately, he'd left his own board by the front door, so snatching it off the ground after hopping out through the window is an easy task. once they're on the road, he sets his board down gently, too aware of the fact most everyone is and should be asleep right now. he sets a foot on it and rolls it back and forth a couple of times, waiting for reki to lead the way. ]

So where are we going, anyway? Or is that hush-hush?

Gotta grab the deck from the shop, and then...

[ he reaches for qi fang's hand to push off, lacing their fingers tightly to pull him along like the world's tallest caboose. ]
